Usage Guidance:
Spritz your Pillow Spray lightly above pillows, onto bedding, or into the air around your bedroom to gently lift the atmosphere and create a calm, restful environment. A little goes a long way - these natural pillow mists are designed to softly fragrance your space and support relaxing evening and bedtime rituals.
DO NOT spray directly onto wooden, polished, or light-coloured surfaces, or onto delicate fabrics, as some natural essential oils may leave marks or staining due to their natural colour and oil content.
Sustainability Note:
Our Pillow Sprays are designed with sustainability in mind and are 100% plastic-free except for the small plastic component within the spray mechanism. To help reduce unnecessary plastic waste, we encourage refilling wherever possible - this is the only plastic used across the Parkminster Aromatherapy range.

Each Parkminster Pillow Mist is blended and prepared to order in our Cornwall Fragrance Workshop, ensuring you receive a freshly made aromatherapy product rather than something that has been sitting on a shelf. Once your order is placed, we carefully measure and blend your chosen essential oils with natural spring water, fill each bottle by hand, apply the label, and prepare it for dispatch with care and attention.
This small-batch, made-to-order approach helps us maintain the freshness, purity and consistency that define Parkminster Aromatherapy. Our workshop is always active, yet every pillow mist is individually prepared to create a calm, balanced fragrance designed to support restful evenings and relaxing bedtime rituals.
In most cases, your Pillow Mist will be freshly blended, labelled and packaged for shipping within 3–4 working days, arriving ready to bring a gentle sense of calm and comfort to your bedroom and nighttime routine.

Our Pillow Mists are carefully formulated using a blend of plant-based essential oils and natural spring water, creating gentle, natural-feeling home fragrances designed specifically for bedtime rituals and restful spaces. Each blend is thoughtfully composed to feel soft, balanced and calming, while remaining aligned with our commitment to clean, nature-led home fragrance.
Each Parkminster Pillow Mist is presented in a beautiful apothecary-style blue glass bottle, designed to feel timeless and soothing in the bedroom environment. This protective glass helps preserve the integrity of the natural ingredients while adding a calming visual presence to your nighttime routine.
While our ingredients are chosen for their quality and natural origin, it is important to use them safely - just as you would with any home fragrance or wellbeing product.
Key Ingredient Notes:
Plant-based essential oils: Extracted from botanicals to create natural fragrance notes that support calm, rest and relaxation.
Natural spring water: Used as a clean, gentle base to carry and diffuse the fragrance evenly.
General Safety Advice:
Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive skin. If mist accidentally gets into eyes, rinse gently with clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Do not spray directly onto wooden, polished or delicate surfaces, or onto fabrics that may stain, as natural oils can sometimes leave marks.
Store out of reach of children and pets, and avoid spraying directly near young children’s faces.
Use in a well-ventilated space. A light mist over pillows or into the air is sufficient - there is no need to saturate bedding or surfaces.
DO NOT DRINK. This is not a food product.
Pets & Sensitive Individuals:
Some essential oils may be strong for sensitive noses. As with all home fragrance products:
Avoid direct spraying near pets’ faces
Do not use heavily in enclosed spaces where animals spend extended time
If sensitivity is known, test lightly in a larger, ventilated room first
Storage & Handling:
Keep bottles upright and tightly closed when not in use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Use within 6 months of opening for best fragrance performance.
Recycle the glass bottle when empty and consider refills where available to reduce waste.
