With our Fill Your Favourite service, we’ll hand-pour your chosen vessel with one of our 35+ exclusive, natural fragrances – creating a candle that’s as personal as it is beautiful.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE – GET IN TOUCH FIRST
We strongly recommend that you contact us before sending anything. Email us at info@parkminster.co.uk with a few photos of your vessel, and we’ll talk you through the process, check suitability, and help you get the most out of this bespoke service.
1. TEST & MEASURE
– Fill your clean, empty vessel with cold tap water.
– Make a note of how many millilitres it holds – this helps us estimate the wax volume.
– This step also reveals if your vessel is watertight (very important for candle safety!).
2. CHOOSE YOUR FRAGRANCE
– When placing your order, simply select your chosen scent from the drop-down menu.
– You can choose from our full collection of 35+ exclusive Parkminster fragrances.
3. SEND IT TO US
– Package your vessel securely and post it to our Fragrance Workshop.
– Once it arrives, we’ll remeasure, double-check for leaks, and fill it by hand using our natural soy wax and your selected scent.
4. PAY PER ML
– After the wax has been poured and cooled, we’ll confirm the final volume.
– You’ll be charged based on the number of millilitres poured – a clear and fair way to price each unique candle.
5. WE RETURN YOUR FINISHED CANDLE
– Beautifully packaged and ready to gift – or keep and enjoy!
– A truly one-of-a-kind candle, handmade with care and full of character.
IMPORTANT – Terms & Conditions
We love the idea of this service as much as you do – but here are a few important things to know before you send us your cherished vessel:
1. Sending Your Vessel:
Please pack your item securely and send it using a tracked, insured service. We can’t be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during delivery to us. Sometimes damages occur during transport S0 PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS.
Of course - We’ll treat your item with the utmost care once it arrives at our Fragrance Workshop.
2. Final Price May Vary:
We’ll calculate your estimated cost based on the water volume you tell us – but the final price is confirmed once we've remeasured and poured your candle. The amount of wax can go up or down slightly, and if there’s any big difference or issue, we’ll always get in touch before proceeding.
3. Bespoke Burn Behaviour:
Because your vessels are totally unique – and sometimes wonderfully wobbly or wildly shaped – we can’t guarantee an even or complete burn. That’s part of the charm of a one-of-a-kind candle, but it’s worth knowing before you light up.
4. Safety First:
Please only send containers that are watertight and heat-safe. If your vessel fails our checks, we’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and do everything we can to create something beautiful, fragrant, and full of character – just like the vessel you’ve sent us.

CANDLE CARE & CLP INFORMATION
We recommend the following candle care tips to get the best results from your Parkminster candle.
Burn your candle for at least 1 hour each time, making sure the wax melts all the way to the edge of the container to prevent tunneling.
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris.
Trim candle wick to 5mm (1/4") before each burn.
In the event that your candle wick starts to smoke, extinguish your candle, allow the wax to cool and set, trim it, and then relight it – never trim a burning candle.
Safety first. Don’t leave a flame unattended and make sure it is kept out of drafts.
For a clean and even burn, extinguish your candle when only a small amount of wax remains. Burning it to the very end can cause soot and uneven flames as the wick gets too close to the containe

WE MAKE CANDLE REFILLS
We're always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment. Almost all of the glassware you see in the shops is made outside of the UK, and it is hugely wasteful to put perfectly re-usable containers in the bin. So we're creating candle refills made right here in our Cornwall workshops using the same natural, vegan and plastic free ingredients that we always use.
Our custom-made candle refills are crafted to fit perfectly inside Parkminster candle jars & containers. Made with natural soy wax, 100% pure essential oils, and sustainable fragrance oils, our candle refills ensure a delightful & eco-friendly experience.
Our refills come in 24 of Parkminster's Star Collection hand-blended fragrances. If you order today your refill will be blended and poured by hand in our Cornwall workshop, & sent to you in our low-impact and recycled cardboard packaging.
