CHRISTMAS ORDERS 2024

We’ll dispatch all orders received by midnight on 19/12/24 via DPD or Royal Mail 24hr service by the end of day 21/12/24. Orders placed after this date will be sent on 23/12/24 or in the New Year, but we can’t guarantee their delivery in time for Christmas. Please note, our lovely little fragrance workshop will be closed from 24/12/24 until 03/01/25. Wow – a new year and all the exciting opportunities it brings!

Orders

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 working days by DPD or Royal Mail (UK deliveries) in normal conditions. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 working days, please call us on 01403 713778. We make everything to order but in the unlikely situation that there are any products out of stock we will inform you and these items will be sent later, free of additional postage.

If you do require your order by a particular date, please make a note in the comments section at the check out and we will contact you if we are unable to deliver by this date.

When you place your order we require your personal details to process the order. As well as your name, and address details we need a contact telephone number and an email address so that we can get in touch with you in case there are any problems.

If there are any problems with your order due to stock unavailability, payment or postage issues, or any errors in pricing or description we will contact you by email or telephone before the order is dispatched.

Delivery

Postage is quoted for deliveries within Mainland UK. For delivery elsewhere please contact us for a delivery quote.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £25.00 ENDS 23:59 25.12.24 and APPLIES to MAINLAND UK ONLY

Otherwise:

P & P is £4.95 for orders under £40.00
Free delivery on all orders over £40.00 * after any incentives & discounts have been applied.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to let you know it is on its way

We re-cycle and re-use all packing materials where possible.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

We sincerely apologise, but any customs or duty charges applied to your order upon delivery are outside of our control and must be covered by the recipient. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that you’ll be responsible for these fees. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office about potential charges before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

Should you for any reason not be satisfied, please return your goods and we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. (Photographic evidence may be required for damaged/faulty goods) Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
