Delivery & returns

Your Order

We aim to process and dispatch all UK orders within 3–5 working days via DPD or Royal Mail. If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please give us a call on 01403 713778, and we’ll be happy to help.

We make everything to order, so items are only ever unavailable if we’re missing specific ingredients for a fragrance blend or other key elements of the product. If this happens, we’ll let you know and send the item later with no extra postage charge.

If you need your order by a specific date, just leave a note in the comments at checkout, and we’ll contact you if we can’t meet your deadline.

To process your order, we’ll need your name, address, phone number, and email so we can keep in touch if there are any issues. If we encounter any problems with stock, payment, or postage, we’ll contact you and let you know.

Delivery Charges

Postage is quoted for deliveries within Mainland UK. For delivery elsewhere please contact us for a delivery quote.

We’re pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY on Mainland UK orders over £25.00 until 23:59 on 31/01/25.

Due to rising delivery costs, this discount cannot be combined with other offers. Our free delivery threshold is already very low compared to most, and combining discounts wouldn’t be sustainable for our small business. We appreciate your understanding!

Otherwise:

  • P & P is £4.95 for orders under £25.00
  • Free delivery on all orders over £25.00 * after any incentives & discounts have been applied.
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to let you know it is on its way

As part of our commitment to "reduce, reuse, recycle", we carefully reuse and recycle all packing materials we receive wherever possible. While this means the outer packaging may not always be picture-perfect, it’s a small step toward reducing waste and protecting the planet!

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

We sincerely apologise, but any customs or duty charges applied to your order upon delivery are outside of our control and must be covered by the recipient. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that you’ll be responsible for these fees. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office about potential charges before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

Should you for any reason not be satisfied, please return your goods and we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days of receipt of goods, postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. (Photographic evidence may be required for damaged/faulty goods) Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
