Our Commitment to Sustainable & Considered Business Practices

1. Local Sourcing: We are proud to be located in the UK any everything we sell is made by us in England. All our ingredients and packaging are sourced from UK suppliers, reducing transportation distances and supporting local businesses.

2. Natural and Sustainable Ingredients: Our products are hand made using natural, plant-based ingredients of the highest quality. Sustainability is at the heart of our sourcing practices & we review the sources of our ingredients on a regular basis.

3. Cruelty-Free & Vegan: We are committed to our ingredients having never being tested on animals and ensuring that our ingredients are 100% plant-based, making them suitable for vegans.

4. Recycled, Recyclable & Reusable Containers: Our bottles and candle containers are all designed to be recyclable and reusable, encouraging responsible disposal practices. We source our glassware from UK suppliers but there are no UK glass manufacturers anymore, so we offer refills where possible and direct our customers towards our most reusable containers.

5. Refill Options: We offer refill services for all our products, including candles and reed diffusers, accompanied by discounts to incentivise customers to reduce waste.

6. Minimal Packaging: We offer products without retail packaging to minimise unnecessary waste. Why use excess packaging that will only end up discarded? We incentivise this purchasing option by offering a reasonable discount for customers choosing 'no packaging'.

7. Recycled and Sustainable Packaging: When retail packaging is necessary, we use recycled FSC-certified board sourced from UK suppliers. Our packaging is manufactured in wind-powered factories, further reducing our carbon footprint.

8. Small-Scale Production: We prioritise staying small and artisanal. Every product is hand-blended and poured in our Cornish workshop. By remaining small-scale, we minimise our environmental impact and maintain high product quality.
