Each candle is made to order in our Fragrance Workshop, ensuring freshness, consistency of scent, and attentive craftsmanship.

Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to avoid tunnelling and ensure an even melt pool. Always place the jar on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts.

Trim the wick to 5–7 mm before each burn to maintain a steady flame and reduce soot. Extinguish using a snuffer rather than blowing directly to preserve fragrance integrity. Because soy wax burns cooler than paraffin, it produces minimal smoke and residue, making it cleaner for indoor environments.
